Donations
 HFLA
operates very efficiently. We have no office and rely on our working
board plus two part-time administrators. HFLA has never been a
beneficiary of Federation or the United Way.
Funds available
for interest-free loans have been made available through donations
and named loan funds. Operating costs are covered primarily by
annual membership dues of only $36 and tribute cards.
Membership
& General Donations — Be a friend of the Hebrew Free
Loan Association for only $36 a year to help us cover our minimal
operating costs.
General
Donation — A general donation to our operating fund and/or
support operations allows the HFLA to operate and grant loans
Named Loan
Funds — (description/requirement to follow)
Tribute
Cards — Honour a simcha or significant event in someone's
life and support HFLA at the same time.
With the ongoing
support of our donors, we are be able to continue this great and
ancient tradition of "gemillut chesed" - deeds of loving kindness
- far into the future.
